Prodigy Breaks Down His Family’s Legacy

Emcee Prodigy of the legendary hip hop group Mobb Deep, recently sat down for an interview with Hip Hop Nation.

During the interview, Prodigy spoke about Mobb Deep having a legitimate distribution deal, and also revealed what prompted him to seek such a deal.

Prodigy then revealed that his family’s legacy was historic; as he stated that his great-great-great grandfather was the founder of Morehouse College, and his great great grandfather opened the first Post Office in Atlanta, that allowed Blacks to send mail.

In addition, P also revealed that his grandfather was a jazz musician, and both his mother and father were in a singing group.
